What if the item I purchased is not right?

You are entitled to return items you are unhappy for whatever reason as long as you advise us and return the within 14 days of receiving the garment. Please see Return Policy in the Terms and Conditions sections for further info.

Can I get my garment delivered to a PO Box address?

Sorry, couriers will not deliver to a PO Box. We will require a physical address to send items to.

How do I track my package after purchase?

You can track your purchase 24 hours a day by typing in the tracking number provided at the time of confirming on Courier Posts website (NZ deliveries) or NZ Post website ( International deliveries).

How much is delivery and how long does it take?

Delivery within NZ and Australia is free for orders over $100. Delivery other international orders is $20. For deliveries inside of NZ, please allow 2 working days from the time you receive your purchase confirmation . For Australian and other international orders please allow 4 – 10 working days worldwide. This does not include the amount of time for customs clearance.

What if I don't have a credit card?

Please select the manual payment option at checkout and you will receive info about paying with online banking.

Will I incur any additional costs?

No not inside of NZ however Anyone's Daughter will not be responsible for any customs or duties taxes that occur once your item has left us.
