Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders received over weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
Availability of products is not guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email or telephone, at which time you will have the option of choosing a different item or receiving a refund.
All deliveries within New Zealand are sent using Courier Post so all deliveries can be tracked easily and at any time at using your supplied tracking number.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 days. However if ordered on a weekend day or public holiday it will be processed within the next 2 working days.
No deliveries will be made on weekends or public holidays.
If for any reason we are unable to meet this 2 day dispatch turnaround we will contact you to advise.
An emailed confirmation and delivery tracking number will be also sent to you within this time. This number you can use to track your package at any time at
Please allow approx 2 working days for NZ delivery. For Australian and other international orders please allow 4 – 10 working days worldwide. This does not include the amount of time for customs clearance.
Shipping within New Zealand and Australia is FREE for orders over $100. Delivery is not available to rural addresses or PO Boxes so please arrange an alternative address if this is the case. For Australian and other international sales we use NZ Post international post service which allows us to give you the best shipping price. This includes track and trace. Delivery time frames for Australian and other international sales are 4-10 working days. Please note Anyone's Daughter has no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country and for which you will be liable.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we will assist you with your refund or exchange.
We are happy to exchange/refund any item purchased online, (including sale items unless stated otherwise). However the following conditions do apply:
You must have notified us of your intention to exchange/return and return the item/s within 14 days.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Send goods back to us via a traceable method on the address at the top of the returns form (included with your purchase). Please note Anyone's Daughter does not take responsibility of any items lost in the process of returning to us and hence why we recommend a traceable method
We will arrange an exchange or refund for you once the garment has been returned and accepted by Anyone's Daughter
All items must be in the condition that they were shipped, un-used, un-worn and with all original tags and packaging attached.
If you are sending back for exchange of size, you must cover the costs of shipping both ways.
REFUNDS AND PROCESSING TIME
If your package arrives to Anyone's Daughter within the 14 day timeline specified above, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your bank may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us. Please allow up to 3 – 5 working day before contacting Anyone's Daughter again.
1. Contact Anyone's Daughter with your intent to return.
2. Complete the return/exchange form enclosed with your purchase and send your return goods to the return address stated at the bottom of the returns form.
3. Ship your package using a traceable, insured shipping method. Anyone's Daughter cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. Please keep the tracking details for your own records.
4. You will receive an email once your return has been received and processed. Please allow 5 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.
Please Note: Packages received at Anyone's Daughter after the 14 day window will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
